My friend, the Minister

An experimental documentary movie, dealing with the filmmaker Raoul Peck, who decided to leave his director job behind, in order to become the minister of culture of Haiti. As a moviemaker he aimed at telling stories, which might change something – as a minister he has to deal with the confusing Haitian politics.
