Sarah Wiener's first choice

Sarah Wiener travels across Europe in search of the
basis of our nutrition. She visits tomato farmers
in Italy, olive mills in Greece, fishermen in Norway,
shepards in France, beekeepers and wheat farmers
in Germany, apple plantations in Austria and cattle
breeders in Romania in order to discover the root of
flavour and meet the people who produce our food.
